Motocaddy's CLICK 'N' CONNECT® system represents the pinnacle of battery connectivity for electric golf trolleys. This state-of-the-art technology provides high-performance cable-free connectivity, eliminating the need for fiddly wiring between the battery and trolley. The system is engineered for speed and reliability — simply click the battery into place and you are ready to go. When the round is done and the trolley is folded for transport, the battery automatically disconnects to prevent any drain or damage during storage, ensuring maximum safety and convenience every time you head to the course.
Quick-Access Pop-Up Charging Port
Preparing for your next round has never been simpler thanks to the quick-access pop-up charging port built into the ULTRA battery. This retractable port slides out instantly, allowing you to charge the battery directly on the trolley without any disassembly. There is no need to remove the battery to connect the charger — simply extend the port, plug in, and the battery charges fully in as little as 3 to 5 hours depending on the depth of discharge. A LED indicator on the charger turns red during charging and green once complete, so you always know when your battery is ready for action.

ULTRA Extended Range Capacity
The ULTRA designation signifies this battery's extended range capability — a 274 Wh capacity that gives it significantly more energy storage than a standard battery. This extra capacity is designed to complete a full 36-hole round on a Motocaddy 28V S-Series electric trolley under normal conditions (though this is not guaranteed). Motocaddy recommends topping up the battery between rounds whenever possible to maintain peak performance. Battery capacity does reduce naturally over time and can be influenced by frequency of use, the quality of care taken, and charging habits — so regular top-up charging is strongly encouraged.
28.8V High Power Technology & NCM Chemistry
The 28V S-Series ULTRA battery harnesses super-efficient 28.8V High Power technology with an NCM (Nickel Cobalt Manganese) cell composition — one of the most energy-dense lithium chemistries available. Despite its impressive power output, the battery weighs just 1.98 kg, making it one of the lightest batteries in its class. 5-Year Warranty & Long-Term Reliability
Motocaddy backs the S-Series 28V ULTRA Lithium battery with an industry-leading 5-year warranty, reflecting the brand's confidence in the quality and durability of its lithium cells. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that arise during normal use and ensures that Motocaddy will support you throughout the battery's working life. To qualify for the full 5-year warranty, the battery must be registered online within 45 days of purchase. Motocaddy warrants that all NCM Lithium batteries will retain at least 65% of their original rated capacity (Wh) throughout the warranty period, giving you a clear assurance of long-term performance. Motocaddy encourage users of Lithium batteries to top-up between rounds whenever possible. The battery is not designed to complete 18 holes over consecutive days on a single charge. Battery capacity will reduce over time and can be affected by frequency of use, quality of care and charging conditions.
