Warranty Information
The Motocaddy M-Series 28V Lithium battery is covered by a full 24-month standard warranty from the date of purchase. The included charger is covered by a separate 12-month warranty. In addition, Motocaddy offers a 60-month extended warranty (an additional 36 months beyond the standard 24 months) on the battery, subject to registration within 45 days of purchase at motocaddy.com/warranty. The extended warranty covers manufacturing defects occurring during normal use; accidental damage, misuse, or commercial use is excluded. Both the standard and extended warranties are non-transferable and apply to purchases made and used in the UK and Republic of Ireland only.
* This battery is rated for a standard range 18-hole round with a Motocaddy M-Series 28V electric trolley under normal use. Battery capacity may diminish over time and can be affected by frequency of use, care quality, and charging conditions. Not suitable for REMOTE models.
