We do not operate a telephone line. Under Article 6(1)(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU a trader must provide means of communication that allow the consumer to contact it rapidly and to communicate with it efficiently (Court of Justice of the European Union, C-649/17, Amazon EU); e-mail satisfies that requirement, and it gives both sides a written record of what was agreed.

Supervision and trade authorisation

We carry on business under a trade licence issued in the Czech Republic. The trade licensing authority is the Trade Licensing Office of the Municipality of Trinec. Supervision of consumer protection is exercised by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.

Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes

The body competent for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes with us is:

Czech Trade Inspection Authority
Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic
www.coi.gov.cz

The procedure is free of charge for consumers and we take part in it. Consumers resident in another EU Member State can obtain free assistance from the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net); the entry point is consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu, and the European Consumer Centre for the Czech Republic is at evropskyspotrebitel.gov.cz. The European Commission's ODR platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.

The same information is repeated in our Terms and Conditions.

Liability for content

We prepare the content of these pages with care, but we cannot guarantee that it is accurate, complete and up to date at every moment. Product descriptions, technical data and images are supplied by the manufacturers. Statutory liability remains unaffected; in particular, nothing here limits our liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, or under mandatory consumer protection law.

Liability for links

Our pages may contain links to external websites over which we have no control. Responsibility for their content lies with their respective operators. We checked the linked pages for unlawful content when the link was created and found none. Permanent monitoring is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement; if we become aware of one, we remove the link without delay.

Copyright

The content and structure of these pages are protected by copyright. Reproduction, adaptation or distribution outside the limits of copyright law requires our written consent. Brand names, logos and product images are the property of the respective rights holders.

Accessibility

We want this shop to be usable by everyone, and we work towards conformity with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act) and the harmonised standard EN 301 549. We know that not every part of the shop meets that standard yet and we are fixing the gaps as we find them. If you meet a barrier — a page you cannot use with a keyboard or a screen reader, contrast that is too low, a form field without a label — write to info@golfbrothers.eu with the subject "Accessibility". We answer these messages and tell you what we will do and by when. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may address the national enforcement body for accessibility in your country.

Waste, packaging, batteries and electrical equipment

Please sort our packaging for recycling according to the rules where you live. Electrical equipment and batteries marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin must not be put in household waste; they belong in the separate collection points in your country. Where the law of your country obliges us to take back old equipment or batteries, we do so — write to us and we will tell you how. Our producer registration numbers for packaging, waste electrical equipment and batteries in the individual countries of delivery are available on request.

Data protection

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies in the Cookie Policy.
