Technology in Detail

ECCO-TEX Waterproof Membrane

The ECCO-TEX waterproof membrane is bonded inside the upper to create a watertight barrier that keeps moisture out while still allowing internal vapour to escape. Whether you are playing in early-morning dew, light rain, or damp rough, your feet remain dry and comfortable from the first hole to the last. The membrane is invisible from the outside, preserving the clean, casual aesthetic of the shoe without adding bulk or stiffness to the upper.

ECCO Premium Leather Upper

The upper is crafted from breathable ECCO premium leather, produced in the brand's own tanneries where every hide is selected and processed to exact standards. Lateral perforations along the sides of the shoe allow air to circulate freely, managing foot temperature over a long round. X-TENSA INVISIBLE TECHNOLOGY

Because the technology is hidden inside the shoe, there is no visible external cage — the shoe retains its clean silhouette while still offering the structured stability demanded on the golf course.

ECCO FLUIDFORM™ Direct Comfort

ECCO FLUIDFORM™ Direct Comfort is a precision moulding process in which the midsole compound is injected directly onto the upper and outsole components, bonding them into a single unified structure. This eliminates the glue layers and excess material found in traditionally built shoes, creating a lighter, more responsive platform underfoot. The result is immediate cushioning, natural energy return with every step, and a flexibility that adapts to the foot's movement rather than restricting it — essential comfort over 18 holes.

E-DTS® Traction System

The E-DTS® (Extra Durability Traction System) outsole features approximately 100 individual TPU traction bars arranged across the full surface of the sole. These bars collectively create 800 distinct traction angles, meaning that regardless of the direction of force applied — during the backswing, downswing, or follow-through — the shoe maintains firm contact with the turf. The spikeless design makes the shoe as comfortable on a hard floor as it is on grass, with no need to change footwear between the course and the clubhouse.

OrthoLite® Washable Footbed

The removable OrthoLite® footbed provides long-lasting cushioning that resists compression over time — unlike standard foam insoles that flatten with repeated use. The open-cell foam structure promotes airflow beneath the foot, reducing heat build-up and moisture retention inside the shoe. Because the footbed is fully removable, it is easy to wash and replace, and its removal creates additional volume inside the shoe for golfers who prefer a roomier fit or need to use a custom orthotic device.
