Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

• If you ordered several goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
• If an item is delivered in several lots or pieces, the period runs from the day you receive the last lot or piece.
• For a contract for the regular delivery of goods during a defined period, the period runs from the day you receive the first item.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement — for example a letter sent by post or an e-mail. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

You may also withdraw electronically with the "Withdraw from contract here" function on our Returns and Complaints page or the link in your order confirmation e-mail. That is the withdrawal function required by Article 11a of Directive 2011/83/EU; it is available throughout the whole withdrawal period, and we confirm receipt on a durable medium (by e-mail) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We do not refund by voucher or store credit.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Cost of returning the goods

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

For goods which by their nature cannot normally be returned by post — golf bags, electric and push trolleys, boxed package sets, travel covers and similar bulky items — we estimate that cost at up to approximately €60, depending on your country, the carrier and the size of the item. Write to us before you send such an item back: we will tell you the exact cost for your address and, where we can, arrange a collection.

This does not apply to faulty goods. If the goods do not conform to the contract, we pay the carriage and the remedy costs you nothing — see the legal guarantee section of our Terms and Conditions.

Diminished value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning — in short, you may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. Trying shoes on indoors, waggling a club on a carpet or unzipping a bag to look inside is fine; playing a round or wearing the shoes on grass is not, and we may then deduct the loss in value from your refund. We never refuse a withdrawal because an item has been opened or tried, and we do not require unopened original packaging.

When there is no right of withdrawal

Under Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised — printed and personalised golf balls, embroidered items, and clubs genuinely built to your own fitting specification. Before you confirm such a configuration, we tell you expressly and ask you to acknowledge that the right of withdrawal will not apply to that item;
• sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if they were unsealed after delivery.

Choosing a shaft, flex, grip, length or colour from options we already stock does not make an item personalised, and the right of withdrawal applies in full. If you are not sure which case yours is, ask us before you order.

Our 100-day returns promise

Beyond the statutory 14 days, we give you 100 days from delivery to send goods back. This voluntary offer works alongside the law, not instead of it.

• Days 1 to 14: the statutory rules above apply in full, without any additional condition.
• Days 15 to 100: we take back goods that are unused, complete and with their labels and original packaging, and refund the purchase price by the same means of payment. Delivery costs already paid are not refunded in this period and you bear the return carriage.

Your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity are separate again and unaffected by either period: faulty goods can be claimed for at least two years — longer in several countries — as set out in our Terms and Conditions.
