Delivery and Payment

One warehouse, two carriers, prices you can see before you order. Everything below is inclusive of VAT.

Delivery options and prices

ServicePriceTransit time
GLS€7.903 to 7 working days
UPS Standard€9.903 to 6 working days
UPS Express€24.901 to 3 working days

Free delivery from €99. Free delivery applies to the GLS service. If you choose UPS Standard or UPS Express, the price of that service is charged.

Any surcharge for an oversized or heavy item — a full golf bag, an electric trolley, a boxed package set, a travel cover — is always shown in the basket for your address before you place the order. Delivery to remote or island destinations may take longer and may carry a surcharge; the options available for your address and their exact prices are shown in the basket. A few European territories — the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and the Åland Islands among them — lie outside the EU VAT or customs territory, so import formalities and local charges can apply to a delivery there.

When we dispatch

Orders for items in stock placed before 12:00 leave the same working day. Orders placed after 12:00 leave the next working day. Items that are not in stock are dispatched as soon as they reach us — the expected date is shown on the product page and repeated in the order confirmation.

The transit times in the table are carrier transit times measured from the moment we hand the parcel over, not from the moment you click Order. They are the carriers' own indicative figures. GLS states its transit times as indicative and does not guarantee them; UPS commits to a delivery date at booking. Once a parcel is with the carrier, we cannot influence its route, and a delay caused by the carrier, by weather or by an incorrect address is outside our control — but tell us and we will chase it for you.

Whatever happens, we deliver within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract at the latest. If we do not, you may set us an additional reasonable period and, if that passes as well, cancel and get your money back in full.

Tracking your parcel

As soon as your order leaves us you get a dispatch e-mail with the tracking number and a link to the carrier. The same information is in your order detail under My Account. Tracking usually starts to show movement a few hours after dispatch, once the carrier has scanned the parcel at its first depot.

What the stock status means

  • In stock — the item is physically in our warehouse and goes out under the cut-off above.
  • On the way / available to order — the item is on order from the supplier. The expected dispatch date is shown on the product page.
  • Made to order — custom items such as printed balls or configured clubs are built for you. The build time is shown at the point of configuration and is added to the transit time.

Payment methods

  • Payment card — Visa and Mastercard, through the GoPay payment gateway. Card details are entered on the gateway's secure page; we never see them.
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay — also through GoPay.
  • PayPal — you are redirected to PayPal and back again once the payment is approved.
  • Bank transfer in advance — the account details, the amount and the reference are in your order confirmation. We dispatch once the money is credited to our account, which for a SEPA transfer normally takes one working day.

We never add a fee for the payment method you choose. The amount is taken when you place the order, except for bank transfer, where you decide when to send it.

If a payment fails

A card payment can fail for many reasons — a 3-D Secure timeout, a bank limit, a closed browser window. Your order is not lost. Open the order in My Account and use the button to repeat the payment, or choose a different payment method there. If the order still shows as unpaid after that, write to info@golfbrothers.eu with the order number and we will sort it out.

Returns

You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract by law and 100 days to send goods back under our own returns promise. See the Right of Withdrawal page for the details, or start a return on the Returns and Complaints page.
