Technology in Detail
Aircraft-Grade Aluminium Construction
The TriLite T-Flash frame is built from aircraft-grade aluminium with a wall thickness of 1.5 mm or greater, the same class of material used in aerospace and high-performance engineering. This choice of alloy delivers an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, keeping the trolley notably light while resisting flex and deformation under a fully loaded golf bag. Powder-coated protective paint further shields the frame from scratches, UV exposure, and moisture, ensuring the finish looks great season after season. The result is a trolley that feels premium in the hands and inspires confidence across any terrain.
Newly Designed Hand Brake System
Safety on the course is a priority, and the T-Flash addresses it with a completely redesigned manual hand brake system offering enhanced reliability and precise control. The brake engages smoothly and holds firmly on inclines and downhill sections, preventing the trolley from rolling away when you need to stop and address the ball. The ergonomic brake lever integrates naturally into the handlebar area so activation requires minimal effort. Whether you play on flat parkland or undulating links terrain, the new brake system gives you the peace of mind to focus entirely on your game.
Patented Quick-Fold & Locking Mechanism
The TriLite T-Flash features Axglo's patented glide mechanism, which completely eliminates scratches to the frame body when opening and closing the trolley – a common frustration with competitor products. The new locking latch secures the folded position instantly and releases with a single, intuitive motion, so the trolley goes from boot to bag-ready in a matter of seconds. The unique gliding system ensures perfectly smooth operation round after round without wear-induced play or rattles developing over time. Golfers who value a hassle-free pre-round routine will immediately appreciate how refined this folding experience feels.
Removable Rear Wheel & Compact Storage
The detachable rear wheel is one of the T-Flash's most practical design details, allowing the folded trolley to reduce its footprint even further for effortless loading into smaller car boots, overhead lockers, or tight storage spaces at home. When folded with the rear wheel removed, the trolley compresses down to a compact 65 × 45 × 27 cm package that slips in alongside your bag and other gear without dominating the boot. Reattaching the wheel before a round takes only a moment and requires no tools. This thoughtful detail reflects Axglo's commitment to real-world usability beyond the fairway.
Premium Foam Grip & Upgraded Wheels
The next-generation foam handlebar material wraps the grip in a soft, cushioned surface that absorbs vibration from the ground and reduces hand fatigue over an 18-hole walk. The foam is durable and weather-resistant, maintaining its shape and feel even after prolonged exposure to moisture and sun. Complementing the premium handle are the newly redesigned wheels, which feature an updated construction for superior resistance to wear and deformation. Together, the upgraded grip and wheels elevate every push into a smooth, controlled experience, proving that small refinements in direct-contact components make a significant difference to how a trolley feels in daily use.
Integrated Holders & Accessory Expandability
The TriLite T-Flash ships with both a drink holder and an umbrella holder integrated into the frame, so you can stay hydrated and protected from the elements without needing to purchase additional hardware. The holders mount cleanly and securely, keeping accessories stable even on rough ground. For golfers who want even more on-course convenience, the trolley is designed from the outset to accept a range of optional extras, including a dedicated phone holder for GPS devices and score apps, and a transit storage bag that protects the trolley during transport and keeps your boot clean. This modular approach means the T-Flash grows with your needs over time.
