Technology in Detail
Titanium Driver for Maximum Distance
The XJ3 driver is constructed with a titanium head that delivers the kind of distance young players need to feel confident stepping onto the tee. The large, forgiving face promotes solid contact even on off-centre strikes, while the low-loft profile of 17° launches the ball on an optimal trajectory for junior swing speeds. At 39" in length and a head weight of just 190 g, it is the perfect blend of control and power for a developing golfer.
Ultralight Graphite Shafts Throughout
Every wood, hybrid, and iron in the XJ3 set is fitted with a lightweight graphite shaft, specifically engineered for the junior player. Graphite's natural flex and vibration dampening help young golfers generate clubhead speed with minimal effort, resulting in longer shots and a better feel at impact. The putter features a steel shaft for added stability and precision on the greens, ensuring confident putting strokes.
Forgiving Irons and Hybrid for Clean Contact
The #7 iron, #9 iron, and sand wedge are designed with forgiveness as the priority, so that mishits still travel in the right direction and with useful distance. Progressive lofts (36°, 42°, 52°) and matched lie angles guide the ball flight from full approach shots to delicate pitch-and-run situations. The companion hybrid (27°, 35") bridges the gap between the fairway wood and the irons, giving juniors a go-to club for tricky par-3 tee shots and long-iron distances.
Height-Matched Club Lengths and Lie Angles
Every specification in the XJ3 set — shaft length, lie angle, head weight — has been precisely calibrated for juniors in the 135–155 cm height range. Properly fitted clubs promote correct posture and a natural swing plane from the very start, building good habits that will benefit the young golfer as they progress. The progressive lie angles (56° driver through to 70° putter) ensure each club sits correctly at address for consistent, repeatable ball striking.
Lightweight Stand Bag Included
The set comes complete with a lightweight stand bag equipped with kickstand legs, making it easy for junior players to carry their own bag around the course and develop independence on the golf course. Dedicated club dividers keep each club protected and easy to identify, while external pockets offer practical storage for balls, tees, and accessories. The stand bag is a key part of helping young golfers feel like real players from their very first round.
Three Headcovers for Premium Club Protection
The driver, fairway wood, and hybrid each come with a matching headcover to protect the clubheads during transport and storage. The coordinated blue design of the XJ3 headcovers and bag gives the set a polished, premium look that young golfers will be proud to carry. Good club protection habits are just as important as good swing habits, and the XJ3 set instils both from day one.
