Please note: the control unit (Steuerung / control electronics) and its connecting cable are NOT included — they remain in your existing Powerpack and are reused. The housing size of the finished Powerpack depends on the control unit already installed in your unit.
This kit is designed so that any golfer can complete the cell swap at home in approximately 3 minutes using only a standard screwdriver. The process involves just four steps: unscrew 4 screws, disconnect the control unit, connect the new cell assembly, and screw the 4 screws back in. For models from 2021 onwards the control unit connectors simply unplug and plug back in. On older models, the cable is clipped with pliers and reconnected using the supplied push-fit coupler. No specialist tools, no workshop visit, and no complicated wiring are required.
The replacement cells use the latest lithium technology, delivering the same high-performance output as the original factory Powerpack. Once installed, your trolley will regain its full operating range — reliably covering a complete 18-hole round and well beyond. Battery cells, control electronics, and your existing JuCad charger are technically compatible and work together as a matched system, just as they did from the factory.
JuCad Powerpacks are certified in accordance with UN transport test BU-202100303-B1 and comply with all statutory safety and transport regulations. This certification covers land, air, and sea transport, giving you full peace of mind when travelling with your equipment.
