The PGA Tour Winter Tees are the ideal solution for playing on hard, frozen, or drought-hardened ground. The set contains four rubber, cone-shaped tees in four different heights — each colour-coded for a specific club type — and all four are conveniently connected by a cord for easy retrieval and storage. Whether you are teeing off in the middle of winter or on a rock-hard summer fairway, these tees give you a reliable, consistent platform for every shot.

Tee Heights & Club Recommendations

Yellow — 11.5 mm

The shortest tee in the set, designed for use with short irons and wedges (7-iron through Sand Wedge). The low profile keeps the ball close to the turf, giving you the ideal contact point for high-loft, controlled approach shots.

Orange — 16.5 mm

A mid-low height suited to mid and long irons (3-iron through 7-iron). This height positions the ball slightly higher for a cleaner strike with longer, less-lofted iron clubs, helping to optimise trajectory and distance.

Blue — 22 mm

A mid-height tee ideal for fairway woods and hybrids. The extra height accommodates the larger sole width of these clubs and encourages a sweeping strike, making it easier to launch the ball cleanly off a firm, winter-hard tee box.

Red — 38 mm

The tallest tee in the set, designed specifically for drivers. The 38 mm height raises the ball to the optimum position for an upward angle of attack, maximising carry distance and reducing spin even when the ground is too hard for a standard wooden tee.
