The All-Fit system splits the adaptor into two components: a universal sleeve that bonds permanently to the shaft tip, and an interchangeable OEM collar that interfaces with the club head hosel. For this Ping kit, the included PN-FIT2 collar is precision-formed to match the hosel geometry of Ping G-series Driver and Fairway Wood heads. When you need to move the shaft to a different Ping head — or even a different brand — only the inexpensive collar needs replacing, not the entire adaptor.
The adaptor body features 8 indexed positions that allow a total swing of 3° (±1.5°) in loft and lie. Flat settings lower the effective loft and promote a draw bias, while upright settings raise loft and encourage a fade bias. Settings are available for both right-handed and left-handed configurations, giving the fitter full flexibility to optimise ball flight without changing the shaft or head.
The PN-FIT2 collar included in this kit is confirmed compatible with the following Ping Driver and Fairway Wood families: G430, G425, G410. Always verify the specific model year before installation. For other Ping generations or other OEM brands, the appropriate All-Fit collar must be sourced separately.
Place the Ping PN-FIT2 collar between the adaptor body and the club head hosel. Insert the supplied All-Fit screw — do not reuse the existing club screw. Tighten carefully by hand or with a torque wrench; avoid clicking the torque wrench more than once to prevent over-tightening. Misuse of the system, including using a non-supplied screw, can result in adaptor failure.
