Technology in Detail
UA HOVR™ Cushioning
UA HOVR™ technology is the centrepiece of comfort in these junior golf shoes. Designed to provide a near-zero gravity feel underfoot, the cushioning system absorbs impact energy with every step and converts it into responsive energy return. This helps young golfers maintain consistent energy throughout a full round, reducing fatigue and improving overall stability from the first tee to the final green.
Breathable Upper Construction
The upper of the Surge Golf is engineered from a lightweight, breathable material that promotes consistent airflow around the foot. This ventilation keeps the internal shoe environment cool and comfortable, preventing excessive heat build-up during warm-weather rounds. By maintaining a dry and fresh feel inside the shoe, young players can stay focused on their game rather than foot discomfort.
Waterproof Protection
Built with waterproof protection throughout, the Under Armour Surge Golf shields young golfers' feet from early-morning dew, light rain, and wet fairways. This protective barrier ensures that moisture stays out while breathability is maintained from the inside, so juniors can play confidently in variable weather conditions without compromising comfort or performance.
Traction Outsole
The spikeless outsole features a specially engineered tread pattern designed to deliver reliable grip across a range of surfaces, including fairways, roughs, and pathways. This multi-directional traction promotes a stable base during the swing, giving junior golfers the confidence to rotate through the ball with consistency. The versatile design also makes the shoes comfortable to wear on and off the course.
