The Apex DCB is the most forgiving Apex iron ever made. Its deep cavity back and increased sole width are engineered for an easy launch and solid turf interaction from a wide variety of lies. As a result, golfers of every skill level can now comfortably play a genuinely forged iron.
The A.I.-designed Flash Face Cup appears in a forged Apex game-improvement iron for the first time. Each iron features a unique, A.I.-optimized face architecture that promotes high ball speeds and increased spin robustness across the face. The result is impressive distance paired with more consistent control.
For the first time, Callaway has built its Tungsten Energy Core into the Apex line. With up to 50 grams of tungsten placed in the long and mid-irons, the center of gravity is positioned with precision throughout the set. This delivers a strong, consistent launch and noticeably more forgiveness on off-center strikes.
Apex irons have always been known for their feel, and the Apex DCB is no exception. The forged 1025 mild carbon steel body, combined with Callaway's patented urethane microspheres, produces an exceptional sound and soft feel at impact.
