Callaway Elyte HL ladies irons, graphite

Callaway Elyte HL ladies irons, graphite

For players looking to increase carry distance and stopping power into greens, the Elyte HL irons are built from the ground up to enhance launch and improve descent angles. Engineered specifically for women golfers with moderate swing speeds, the Elyte HL combines Callaway's most advanced Ai face technology with a purpose-built Speed Frame construction and a high-launch-optimised sole design — delivering exceptional ball speed, effortless distance, and reliable forgiveness on every shot.

Key Features

• Speed Frame Construction: Connects the body to the topline, enabling body stiffness and face flex simultaneously for consistently fast ball speeds.
• Ai10x Face: Delivers 10x more control points than the previous Ai Smart Face, producing exceptionally fast ball speeds and optimised launch across the entire face.
• Tri-Sole Design: Three distinct sole sections — sharper leading edge, chamfered trailing edge, and enhanced mid-section — ensure fast, smooth turf interaction and forgiveness from all lies.
• High Launch (HL) Profile: Increased loft with Ai face optimisation designed to raise launch angle and maximise carry distance for moderate-swing-speed players.
• Vibration Dampening: Speed Frame construction also dampens unwanted vibrations, resulting in a crisper, more satisfying sound and feel at impact.
• Mitsubishi Eldio White 40 Shaft: Ultralight ladies-flex graphite shaft (40 g) tuned for women's swing speeds to promote smooth tempo and effortless launch.
• Women's Lamkin ST Soft Grip: Specially sized and softness-optimised grip for a comfortable, secure hold throughout the full swing.
• Available in Multiple Set Configurations: Choose from 5-iron to PW sets, extended sets including AW, GW and SW, plus individual wedge options — available in both right-hand and left-hand.

Technology in Detail

Enhanced Speed and Feel — Speed Frame Construction

The Elyte HL Irons feature a new Speed Frame construction that structurally connects the body to the topline. This engineering allows the body to remain rigid while the face can flex freely, generating fast ball speeds across a wide area of the face. The Speed Frame architecture also serves a second purpose: it dampens vibrations at impact, resulting in a noticeably crisper sound and a more refined, satisfying feel — a meaningful upgrade for players who value feedback from their irons.

Sole Engineered for Speed and Forgiveness — Tri-Sole Design

The Elyte HL's tri-sole design features three distinct sections, each playing a specific role in delivering clean, consistent contact through the turf. A sharper leading edge allows the clubhead to enter the surface cleanly and efficiently, while a chamfered trailing edge ensures a smooth exit that avoids digging. The enhanced mid-section of the sole provides an elevated level of forgiveness across a broad range of lies — whether the ball is sitting up in the fairway, in the rough, or from a variety of approach positions. Together, these three zones make the Elyte HL one of the most turf-friendly irons in Callaway's 2025 lineup.

Ai10x Face — Optimal Distance, Control and Launch

The new Ai10x Face represents a significant leap forward in Callaway's use of artificial intelligence in iron design. It delivers 10 times more control points than the previous-generation Ai Smart Face, allowing the AI to fine-tune the face geometry with far greater precision across every zone. The result is exceptionally fast ball speeds, tighter shot dispersion for more accurate approaches, and optimised launch conditions across the entire face — including on off-centre strikes. For women golfers seeking maximum performance with every iron in the bag, the Ai10x Face delivers a measurable advantage in both distance and accuracy.

Higher, Easier Launch — The HL Advantage

The Elyte HL (High Launch) model is purpose-built for golfers who can benefit most from a higher ball flight. Through increased loft across the set combined with an Ai face optimisation specifically tuned to raise launch angle, the HL encourages the ball up into the air more easily — even for players with moderate swing speeds. The higher trajectory translates directly into maximised carry distance and a steeper descent angle, giving the ball greater stopping power when it lands on the green. For women golfers who struggle with getting irons airborne or holding greens, the Elyte HL delivers a genuine, game-improving solution.
