Technology in Detail

E-DTS™ TWIST Outsole

The E-DTS™ TWIST (Dynamic Traction System) outsole features a distinctive multi-directional lug pattern engineered to deliver reliable grip across a wide range of surfaces. Whether you are walking on dewy fairways, firm links turf, or paved paths between holes, the twist-oriented lugs grip at multiple angles simultaneously. This design eliminates the need for traditional metal spikes while maintaining the traction necessary for a confident swing and stable footwork. The outsole is also durable enough to handle everyday street use, making the GOLF STREET 720 a true hybrid shoe for active lifestyles.

GORE-TEX SURROUND® Technology

GORE-TEX SURROUND® is ECCO's premium waterproofing and breathability solution, integrated throughout the entire shoe construction for 360-degree moisture management. Unlike conventional waterproof membranes that only protect the upper, GORE-TEX SURROUND® allows perspiration to escape through the sole as well as the upper, keeping your feet consistently dry and comfortable. This means you benefit from full waterproof protection in wet conditions while excess heat and moisture are efficiently expelled — eliminating the clammy feeling that plagues lesser golf shoes. It is the ideal technology for golfers who play in variable weather and demand all-day freshness.

Innovative Midsole Ventilation Channels

Built into the midsole structure of the GOLF STREET 720 are a series of engineered air channels that continuously circulate air beneath the foot throughout the walking motion. As weight shifts from heel to toe, the channels compress and expand, actively pumping fresh air around the footbed. The result is a noticeably cooler and more comfortable underfoot environment, even during long rounds or extended periods on your feet. Combined with GORE-TEX SURROUND® breathability above, this creates a complete ventilation system that few shoes in this category can match.

Lifestyle-Inspired Sneaker Design

The ECCO W GOLF STREET 720 draws its silhouette directly from ECCO's acclaimed Lifestyle sneaker collection, translating contemporary street style into a fully functional golf shoe. The clean lines, refined rose dust colourway and athletic proportions make this shoe just as fitting for a post-round dinner or a city stroll as for 18 holes on the fairway. The upper is crafted from quality leather, providing a premium look and feel while offering the durability and structure that golfers require. For the modern woman who refuses to compromise between style and sport, the GOLF STREET 720 is the definitive choice.
