How the T-Bar works

Golfers have long used clubs laid on the ground to aim their body at the target, but this is only one part of a good set-up. The T-Bar gives you a small, portable reference that you unfold into a T shape. One bar points along the target line, while the cross bar helps you check the position of your feet, hips and shoulders. Because the rods are adjustable, you can adapt the layout to different clubs and shot shapes.

When you have finished practising, fold the rods back together and place the aid in your golf bag, so it is always at hand for your pre-round routine or practice session.
