Longridge Swing Groover training aid
Description
Longridge Swing Groover
The Longridge Swing Groover is a home practice aid for golfers who want a more consistent, repeatable swing without the chore of collecting balls. It encourages you to swing through the ball so that it travels around the frame on the correct plane. The unit tees itself up again after every swing, so you can practise continuously. It suits players of all skill levels, right-handed and left-handed alike.
- Builds swing consistency and rhythm through repeated, structured practice.
- Conditions your arm muscles and helps build good golf habits.
- Automatically tees itself up after every swing, so there are no balls to pick up.
- Adjusts for use with both woods and irons.
- Suitable for right-handed and left-handed golfers of any skill level.
- Gives a real golf ball feel at impact.
- Provides instant directional feedback on your swing.
Swing through the ball
The Swing Groover rewards a full swing through the ball, which helps you find the correct swing plane. Repeating the motion builds timing and muscle memory, so the feel carries over to the course.
Continuous practice at home
Because the unit resets itself after each swing, you spend your session working on technique rather than retrieving balls. This makes it practical for regular practice at home or in the garden.
Secure in the ground
The unit is pushed into the turf and is held in place by its 3-prong spikes, so it stays put through a long session.
Adjustable ball height
The ball height can be adjusted to suit the club you are practising with, whether a wood or an iron.
