MGI ZIP Seat with storage, black
The MGI ZIP Seat with Storage is a versatile and practical accessory designed to add comfort and convenience to every round of golf. The padded seat lets you take a well-deserved rest between shots, while the lined storage compartment keeps your tees, balls, gloves, and other small essentials close at hand. Compatible with every model in the MGI Zip Series electric trolley range, it attaches securely to the trolley's base frame via an included mounting bracket — no complicated tools or modifications required.
- Padded Seat: Generously padded seat surface provides comfortable support whenever you need to take a break on the course.
- Lined Storage Compartment: Internal lining protects your golf essentials — balls, tees, gloves, and other small items — and keeps them clean and easily accessible.
- Velcro Lid: A secure yet quick-release Velcro (hook-and-loop) lid keeps the storage compartment closed during play and opens instantly when you need access.
- Mounting Bracket Included: The package includes a dedicated bracket for attaching the seat securely to the base frame of any MGI Zip Series electric trolley model.
- Universal Zip Series Compatibility: Designed to fit every model within the MGI Zip Series electric trolley family — no guesswork, no adapters needed.
- Easy Assembly: Straightforward installation requires only a standard Phillips Head screwdriver — no specialist tools or expertise needed.
- Stationary Use Only: For safety, the seat is designed to be used only when the trolley is stationary — never while it is in motion.
Features in Detail
Padded Seat for On-Course Comfort
The generously padded seat surface is built for real on-course comfort. Whether you are waiting for the group ahead, resting between holes, or simply enjoying the surroundings, the padded construction provides supportive cushioning. The seat folds down quickly when you need it and stays neatly tucked away during play, so it never interferes with your round. Press the seat down with your hand before sitting to ensure it is correctly deployed.
Lined Storage Compartment
Beneath the seat lies a fully lined storage compartment sized to hold your most-used on-course essentials. Golf balls, tees, gloves, a scorecard, or even a small snack all fit comfortably inside. The lined interior protects delicate items and keeps the compartment clean and easy to wipe down. The compartment makes those frequently needed items far more accessible than digging through your bag pockets mid-round.
Velcro Lid for Instant Access
The storage compartment is secured by a hook-and-loop (Velcro) lid that strikes the perfect balance between security and convenience. It keeps your items safely contained while the trolley is moving across the course, yet opens in a single motion the moment you need something. There are no zips to fumble with and no buckles to undo — simply pull the lid open, retrieve your item, and press it shut again.
Simple Bracket Mounting System
The included mounting bracket is engineered to attach directly to the base frame of any MGI Zip Series electric trolley — no drilling, no permanent modifications. Assembly requires only a standard Phillips Head screwdriver and takes just a few minutes. Once fitted, the bracket holds the seat firmly in position so it is always ready to use. Be sure to orient the bracket sleeve curving downwards towards the ground to ensure the seat deploys correctly when pressed.
