The Motocaddy Device Cradle is a fully adjustable holder designed to keep your GPS device or smartphone securely within easy reach throughout your round. Whether you rely on a dedicated GPS unit or your mobile phone for course mapping and distance data, the Device Cradle holds it safely in place on your trolley — so you can focus entirely on your game. Engineered to integrate seamlessly with the Motocaddy Accessory Station, it is compatible with all current Motocaddy electric trolleys and also fits the M1 Lite manual push cart directly.
The Device Cradle is engineered to accommodate the full range of modern smartphones and GPS devices, adjusting from 45 mm (fully closed) to 77.5 mm (fully open) with an 18 mm depth. This wide range means practically any current device — from a compact GPS unit to the largest smartphone — can be held securely without additional adapters or inserts. The adjustment is smooth and precise, ensuring a snug, rattle-free fit even on rough terrain. Once clamped, the locking clip on the reverse of the cradle keeps the device firmly in place throughout the round.
Not all GPS apps and devices are designed to be used in the same orientation. The Device Cradle supports both portrait and landscape viewing modes, so you can rotate it to match the display format of your specific device or application. Combined with the angle adjustment screws, you can tilt and rotate the cradle to the precise position that gives you the best glare-free view from your trolley — whether navigating a tricky dog-leg or tracking your score on the go.
Speed and convenience are at the core of the Device Cradle's design. The quick adjustment mechanism allows you to insert or remove your device in seconds — simply release the locking clip, place your device, clamp it firmly, and close the clip. There are no fiddly screws or complicated steps to deal with mid-round. This ease of use means you can access your phone for calls or messages and then re-secure it to the trolley without breaking your stride between holes.
The Device Cradle is designed to slot directly into the Motocaddy Accessory Station via a push-and-click lower stem connection. The Accessory Station (sold separately) accommodates up to four accessories at the same time, so you can run the Device Cradle alongside the Scorecard Holder, Umbrella Holder, and Drinks Holder — all from a single mounting platform on your trolley handle. For the NEW S1, NEW M1, and NEW M3 models, the Accessory Station is required to use the Device Cradle; on the M5 GPS and M-Tech models, the Device Cradle attaches directly.
