Forged L-Cup Face

Titleist GT fairway woods introduce a fully forged face insert into the club construction — a first for the GT series. Crafted from resilient Forged 465 Stainless Steel, the L-Cup Face wraps around the bottom of the clubhead, extending the effective hitting area further down the face than a traditional flat face design. This geometry is engineered specifically to improve performance on low-centre impacts, which are among the most common mis-strikes in fairway wood play. The wrap-around construction works to preserve ball speed across the face, maintain consistent launch conditions, and reduce excessive spin, keeping shots on their intended line even when contact is less than perfect.
