GORE-TEX Waterproof Protection

The Ecco Biom H5 is engineered with a 100% waterproof GORE-TEX membrane integrated throughout the upper, forming a continuous barrier that prevents moisture from entering the shoe regardless of course conditions. Whether you are walking through morning dew, light rain or wet rough, your feet remain dry and comfortable for the full duration of your round. The breathable nature of the GORE-TEX construction also ensures that excess heat and moisture vapour can escape, maintaining a comfortable internal climate throughout play. BIOM® NATURAL MOTION® Technology

BIOM® NATURAL MOTION® is ECCO’s signature biomechanical platform, developed to encourage the foot to move as naturally as possible during the golf swing and throughout the course of a full round of walking. The anatomical last is designed to reflect the natural shape of the foot, placing it closer to the ground and promoting a stable, grounded stance at address. This low-profile geometry enhances proprioception – your sense of the surface beneath you – which translates directly into better balance and a more confident, powerful swing. ECCO MTN GRIP Outsole

X-TENSA INVISIBLE TECHNOLOGY

X-TENSA INVISIBLE TECHNOLOGY is a discreet internal reinforcement system that links the outsole unit directly to the lacing system of the upper. By creating a structural connection between these two components, X-TENSA distributes the forces generated during the swing more evenly across the entire shoe, significantly reducing the risk of the foot sliding or twisting inside the upper during dynamic movements. ECCO FLUIDFORM™ Construction

ECCO FLUIDFORM™ is an advanced direct-injection midsole technology that bonds the midsole to the upper without the use of traditional adhesives, resulting in a lighter, more flexible and anatomically precise fit. The midsole compound is moulded directly around the lasted upper, ensuring that every contour of the shoe perfectly mirrors the natural shape of the foot. The outcome is a remarkably cushioned yet responsive underfoot feel that supports the foot through every step of the round. FLUIDFORM™ also contributes to the durability of the shoe, as the chemical bond between upper and sole is inherently stronger and more resilient than conventional cement-based constructions.

OrthoLite® Removable Insole

The Ecco Biom H5 features a removable OrthoLite® footbed that delivers exceptional long-term cushioning and moisture management inside the shoe. OrthoLite® open-cell foam technology provides up to 25% more cushioning retention than standard foam insoles over the lifetime of the product, meaning the shoe remains comfortable round after round without the insole compressing flat. The removable design makes cleaning simple, and the insole can be taken out to allow the shoe to air dry more quickly after play or to accommodate a custom orthotic if required. The result is a consistently fresh, comfortable and supportive environment for the foot throughout every round.
