Technology in Detail

Advanced Digital Performance Leather

The palm and thumb of the GTxtreme are constructed from Advanced Digital Performance Leather, an exceptionally durable material designed to withstand the repeated stress of the golf swing. This leather delivers outstanding grip retention over many rounds of play, maintaining consistent traction between your hand and the club handle. Its precision-engineered surface texture maximises contact with the grip, helping to prevent unwanted club movement through impact. The result is confident, dependable performance from the first swing to the last.

FiberSof Palm Lining

The FiberSof palm lining works in harmony with the Advanced Digital Performance Leather to deliver a glove that feels as good as it performs. FiberSof is a premium synthetic material that replicates the plush softness of cabretta leather while offering superior durability and moisture management. It moulds gently to the shape of your hand, reducing pressure points and providing a natural, second-skin sensation throughout your round. Whether you play 9 holes or 36, FiberSof keeps your grip feeling fresh and responsive.

PowerNet Mesh for Flexibility & Breathability

Strategically positioned PowerNet mesh inserts on the back of the glove deliver two important performance benefits: enhanced flexibility and improved air circulation. The open-weave structure allows heat and moisture to escape during play, keeping your hand cool even during warm weather rounds. At the same time, PowerNet panels flex naturally with every finger movement, eliminating restriction and allowing a full, uninhibited grip throughout the swing. This combination of ventilation and mobility is what sets the GTxtreme apart from standard performance gloves.

Tour-Proven Performance

The FootJoy GTxtreme has been tested and refined to meet the demanding standards of touring professionals, ensuring that amateur and recreational golfers benefit from the same high-performance engineering. The combination of Advanced Digital Performance Leather, FiberSof lining, and PowerNet mesh creates a glove that holds up under intense, repeated use without sacrificing feel or fit. FootJoy's decades of expertise in golf glove construction are built into every stitch of the GTxtreme, making it a reliable choice for golfers who demand the best from their equipment in all conditions.
