ZST — Zero Second Technology
Golf Buddy's proprietary ZST (Zero Second Technology) eliminates the frustrating lag that can occur with conventional laser rangefinders. Slope Mode (ON/OFF)

Pin Finder Mode addresses this directly: press and hold the power button and the 2S PRO prioritises the nearest reflective target in your field of view — the pin — even when denser objects lie beyond it. Buddy Mode
Buddy Mode is a practical feature designed for social and competitive rounds alike. With a single activation, the rangefinder calculates the adjusted distance not only for your ball position but also for your playing partner’s position simultaneously. This speeds up play, reduces the need for each player to carry their own device, and keeps the round moving efficiently. It is particularly useful when two balls are in different parts of the fairway and both players need accurate yardages at the same time.
Scan Mode
A single click activates Scan Mode, which continuously measures and updates distances to multiple targets across the course for a full five seconds. This is ideal when you need a rapid overview of the distances to hazards, bunkers, the front of the green, and the pin in quick succession without re-pressing the button each time.
