Features in Detail
Alignment & Swing Path Training
Lay the sticks on the ground parallel to your target line and instantly create a reliable alignment corridor. By seeing the reference lines at address every session, you quickly train your body to set up square automatically. The sticks can also be placed to indicate the correct inside-out or outside-in path, helping you eliminate the slice or hook that costs you shots on the course.
Ball Position & Posture Checks
Correct ball position is one of the most overlooked fundamentals in golf. Place one stick perpendicular to your stance to mark the exact position the ball should be at address for each club. Combine it with a second stick along your toe line to check posture and shoulder alignment simultaneously, giving you a complete picture of your setup in seconds.
Swing Plane & Tempo Development
Insert a stick into the ground at an angle mirroring your shaft plane and practise swinging along the correct arc. This visual guide makes swing-plane drills tangible and repeatable, accelerating improvement compared to practising without feedback. Regular tempo drills using the sticks also help you build a smooth, consistent rhythm that holds up under pressure on the course.
Instructional Booklet Included
The Tour Rodz sticks come supplied with a dedicated instructional booklet packed with exercises covering alignment, ball position, grip, posture, release, swing plane, swing path, tempo, short game, shot shaping and flexibility. Each drill is clearly explained so you can get meaningful practice reps from the very first session, whether you are working alone on the range or with a coach.
