A fully milled stainless steel body and a milled titanium Ai-ONE insert bring tour-level construction and feel to every stroke.

Technology in Detail

Ai-ONE Insert

The Ai-ONE face insert is a fully milled titanium plate whose rear-face contours were generated with the help of artificial intelligence and Callaway's supercomputing resources. The pattern is designed to keep ball speed more consistent across the face, so strikes away from the centre still hold their line and distance. Callaway testing found that putts hit with the Ai-ONE Milled insert finish on average about 10 percent closer to the hole than with a typical milled putter. A champagne-toned finish sets the insert apart from the rest of the head.

100% Milled, Multi-Material Body

The head is machined from a single block of stainless steel and then fitted with the fully milled titanium Ai-ONE insert, giving the putter a genuine multi-material construction rather than a moulded or cast one. Precision milling keeps tolerances tight across the face and sole for a consistent, repeatable roll from strike to strike. Pairing a denser steel body with a lighter titanium insert also lets Callaway's engineers fine-tune the weighting behind the Rossie V mallet shape.

Rossie V Mallet Shape

The head blends two proven Odyssey outlines, the record-setting Rossie mallet and the V-Line, into one classic mallet silhouette with softened, rounded edges. Its 70° lie and 35° toe hang are tuned for players who use an arc-style putting stroke. A Navy PVD finish on the body gives a rich, low-glare look at address that complements the champagne insert.
