DEMO Odyssey X-ACT chipper, Left Hand, 35.5", loft 37°

Used / Demo condition 7/10 — This listing is for a pre-owned Odyssey X-ACT Chipper in left-hand configuration, shaft length 35.5", offered in very good used condition (7/10). The X-ACT Chipper is Odyssey's dedicated short-game solution, engineered to feel like an approach putter while bridging the gap between a conventional putter and a wedge. Designed for recreational and intermediate golfers who want more consistent contact, distance control, and confidence on chips and bump-and-runs around the green — all at a fraction of the new price.

• Approach-Putter Construction — The head geometry mirrors Odyssey's putter design philosophy, promoting a smooth, pendulum-style stroke that feels natural and repeatable for any golfer already comfortable over a putter.
• Injected Urethane Insert — A soft, injected urethane face insert delivers a muted, responsive feel at impact and helps the player manage spin for controlled, predictable roll-out toward the hole.
• Hybrid Sole Design — The wide, hybrid sole glides through tight lies, rough, and fringe without digging, getting the ball back into play quickly and rolling it toward the cup.
• High-Profile Hybrid Head & Generous Sweet Spot — The taller head profile expands the effective hitting area, forgiving off-centre strikes and helping golfers achieve more consistent results even on mishits.
• 37° Loft — Optimised for Around-the-Green Chips — The purpose-built 37° loft launches the ball on a low, controlled trajectory ideal for bump-and-run shots, reducing the need for a full wedge swing.
• Steel Shaft, Left-Hand Orientation, 35.5" Length — A steel shaft provides reliable weight and stability through the stroke. The left-hand configuration and standard 35.5" length suit left-handed players seeking an easy-to-grip, consistent chipping tool.

Why a Chipper?

Many amateur golfers struggle with the short chip — the awkward shot that is too close for a full wedge swing but too far to putt comfortably. A dedicated chipper like the Odyssey X-ACT solves this by combining the confidence of a putter address position with enough loft (37°) to pop the ball over the fringe and get it rolling smoothly on the green. The 70° lie angle encourages a flat, putter-like setup, minimising the chance of a thin or chunked strike.

The injected urethane insert — the same technology found in Odyssey's premium putters — cushions impact and provides consistent speed transfer, so distance control becomes intuitive rather than guesswork. Paired with the hybrid sole that prevents digging, the X-ACT Chipper is one of the most effective scoring aids available for golfers who chip with anxiety or inconsistency.

Condition note: This is a used/demo club rated 7/10. Expect normal cosmetic wear (light face marks, possible sole scratching) consistent with previous range or on-course use. Performance is unaffected. A great opportunity to add a proven short-game specialist to your bag at a significantly reduced price.
