The Opus SP introduces a completely re-engineered 2-piece construction head design that strategically reshapes mass to optimize centre of gravity (CG) locations. By redistributing weight higher within the head, the Spin Pocket raises the CG and promotes a lower, more penetrating ball flight. The result is noticeably more spin and enhanced control — especially critical when you need to flight shots into tight pins or attack firm greens from scoring distances. This architectural innovation sets the Opus SP apart from every previous Opus wedge and represents the biggest structural leap in the series.
The Spin Gen 2.0 Face is the most advanced face technology ever fitted to an Opus wedge. A new 17° groove angle combined with tighter pitch spacing delivers significantly more groove edge contact across a wider variety of lies — giving consistent spin even from awkward positions in the rough or on tight fairway turf.
