Technology in Detail
Swing Speed Development
By adding 120 g to each club during practice, the Pure2Improve Speed Weights create meaningful resistance that challenges the fast-twitch muscles responsible for generating club head speed. Swinging a weighted club on a regular basis trains your body to produce more force through the hitting zone, which directly translates into faster, more powerful swings when the weight is removed. Over time, golfers report measurable improvements in club head speed and total distance.
Strength and Flexibility Training
The added resistance of the weights encourages a fuller, more controlled range of motion throughout the swing, gradually improving rotational flexibility in the hips, torso, and shoulders. Stronger, more flexible golf muscles contribute not only to greater power but also to better tempo, improved consistency, and reduced risk of injury. Regular use as part of a warm-up routine helps prime these muscle groups before every round.
Club-Safe Design
The weights are engineered with a protective inner surface that grips the shaft securely without scratching or marking the finish. You can attach and remove them in seconds without any tools, making them just as practical on the practice tee as they are at home. The secure fit means the weight stays exactly where you place it throughout the training motion, delivering consistent resistance with every swing.
Universal Compatibility
Designed to work with the full range of golf clubs in your bag, the Pure2Improve Speed Weights fit drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, irons, and wedges alike. This versatility means you can focus your training on whichever part of your game needs the most attention — whether that is building power with your driver or improving the tempo and control of your short irons. One set covers every club you own.
