The Spider Tour Counterbalance is built with a heavier head (398g) to complement the longer, heavier SuperStroke 2.0 XL grip. Adding mass to the grip end of the club moves the balance point higher, helping golfers reduce grip pressure, quieten excessive hand and wrist action, and swing the putter head more freely on the intended path — all at a standard 35" playing length.
TaylorMade's patented True Path™ Alignment system uses optical engineering to help you visualize your intended line more clearly at address. The white alignment aid creates perfect symmetry with the white TPU Pure Roll™ insert, making it easier to aim the putter face accurately on every putt.
The Pure Roll insert has been a Spider staple since the Spider X. Molded from a blend of Surlyn and aluminum, its 45° angled grooves impart a consistent end-over-end topspin roll at impact.
