The Titleist T100•S irons share the same Tour-refined dimensions and specifications as the T100, but are engineered — not bent — with 2° stronger lofts throughout the set, delivering extra distance without sacrificing the compact, blade-like profile that better players demand. Backed by a fully forged face enhanced by an innovative Muscle Channel, the T100•S is built to be the faster Tour iron: the same look and feel at address, the same precise ball flight, the same solid forged sensation at impact — only with added yardage. Designed in close collaboration with the world's best Tour professionals, the T100•S gives low-handicap players everything they need to attack pins and score lower.
Denser D18 tungsten weights combined with a 2000°F aerospace-grade brazing process eliminate weld points and give the T100•S the same precise CG calibration as the T100. Weight savings unlocked by the Muscle Channel are redirected to lower the CG further, promoting higher launch and outstanding MOI from a fully forged design. The result is exceptional ball speed, enhanced forgiveness, superior feel, and a premium Tour-inspired look that is impossible to distinguish from the T100 at address.
The T100•S head dimensions exactly match the Tour-informed specs of the T100, with the sole exception of being engineered — not bent — with 2° stronger lofts throughout. The fully forged face is backed by an innovative Muscle Channel that adds both ball speed and launch, making the T100•S feel remarkably similar to the T100 at impact. The only meaningful difference you will notice is the added distance. For players who want a Tour-calibre iron that can reach the green with one less club, the T100•S delivers precisely that.
The Muscle Channel is an engineered cavity positioned behind the fully forged face that serves a dual purpose: it increases face flex at impact to generate higher ball speed and improved launch, while simultaneously freeing up mass that is redistributed to lower the centre of gravity. The result is a club with outstanding MOI and a higher, more penetrating ball flight — all from a solidly forged, compact head that looks exactly like a blade at address. Weight savings achieved through the Muscle Channel allow Titleist engineers to fine-tune CG placement without altering the head profile or feel.
Titleist specified D18 tungsten — a material with significantly higher density than standard tungsten — for the heel and toe weighting of the T100•S. These weights are fused into the clubhead using a 2000°F brazing process originally developed for aerospace construction, which eliminates the weld points found in conventional manufacturing. This process gives the T100•S the same precise CG calibration as the T100, while the additional mass savings from the Muscle Channel push the CG even lower. The co-forging process ensures the tungsten is fully integrated into the head for the most stable, solid feel possible on every strike.
Like the T100, the T100•S face features a continuous cradle construction that creates a seamless striking surface and a more uniform leading edge from heel to toe. This refined face geometry ensures consistent ball speeds and spin rates across the face, giving confident players the repeatability they need to hit their numbers shot after shot. The 4-iron through 7-iron faces have been specifically redesigned to deliver improved spin for better shot-shaping and stopping power on approach shots — a critical advantage for low-handicap players attacking pins.
Refined extensively based on direct feedback from the world's best Tour professionals, the T100•S presents a thin topline, minimal offset, and a compact blade length that instils instant confidence when standing over the ball. The matte Brush Chrome finish reduces glare in all lighting conditions, ensuring the address position is always clean and distraction-free. Progressive blade lengths, sole widths, and hosel lengths are individually calibrated from the 3-iron through the pitching wedge to create a perfectly matched set that looks, feels, and performs with total consistency.
Working with Tour professionals who are most attuned to sensing the ideal turf interaction, Titleist engineers developed a new variable bounce sole design that has been validated as the best-feeling sole in the T-Series lineup. The sole features less bounce on the heel and more bounce on the toe, producing clean, consistent contact through a wide variety of lies and turf conditions. Tour testing confirmed that the T100•S moves through the turf faster and more cleanly than any previous generation, giving players both confidence and versatility from any position on the course.
