The U.S. Kids Golf UL60 DV3 WT10-S Fairway Driver is a purpose-built junior golf club for young players standing between 152 and 160 cm tall — typically around 11 to 12 years of age. Part of the acclaimed Ultralight DV3 (Distance & Velocity, 3rd Generation) series, this fairway driver delivers a powerful combination of lightweight engineering, Trackman-optimised geometry, and forgiving club design that helps junior golfers hit the ball higher and farther from both the tee and the fairway. With a 19° loft and a 10% lighter club head than a standard adult club, it is the ideal tool for juniors advancing their game and building confidence on the course.
Please Note Headcover is not included with this club. A headcover can be ordered separately (WT10 variant).
The DV3 platform is U.S. Kids Golf's most advanced fairway wood technology to date. The name stands for Distance & Velocity, 3rd Generation — and every design decision in the club has been made with one goal in mind: helping junior golfers hit the ball farther and faster. The third-generation design incorporates lessons learned from competitive junior golf to refine face geometry, head shape, shaft profiling, and centre-of-gravity placement into one cohesive, high-performing package. The result is a club that makes distance effortless for developing swing speeds.
U.S. Kids Golf used Trackman launch monitor data — the same technology trusted by Tour professionals and elite club fitters — to precisely dial in the centre of gravity position on the DV3 Fairway Driver head. A low and deep CoG creates an upward angle of attack on the ball at impact, producing the high launch trajectory that junior golfers need to maximise carry distance. The Trackman-guided engineering removes guesswork and ensures that the club's geometry is genuinely optimised for the intended player group, not simply scaled down from adult designs.
The striking face of the DV3 WT10-S has been engineered to be as thin as structurally possible, allowing the face to flex and rebound at the moment of impact. This trampoline-like effect — known in the industry as the coefficient of restitution (COR) effect — means that more energy from the swing is transferred directly into the ball. The result is noticeably higher ball speed for the same swing effort. Across the expanded hitting area, the thin face ensures that off-centre impacts still produce competitive ball speeds, reducing the penalty for mishits.
The crown of the DV3 Fairway Driver has been deliberately narrowed compared to a conventional fairway wood. This slimmer top profile serves two purposes: first, it lowers the CoG to help with high ball flight; second, it reduces the backspin imparted on the ball at impact. High launch combined with low spin is the optimal combination for maximum carry and roll distance — a combination that is often difficult for juniors to achieve with standard clubs but is engineered in from the very start with the DV3. The narrow crown also presents a clean, confidence-inspiring look at address.
The WT10-S model designation indicates that the club head has been engineered to be 10% lighter than a comparable adult fairway wood. For junior golfers, this weight reduction is transformative: a lighter head is far easier to accelerate through the impact zone, allowing young players to generate higher club head speeds without over-swinging or losing balance. The reduced mass also makes the club less physically demanding to use over an 18-hole round, helping juniors maintain consistent technique from the first tee to the last green. Despite the lighter weight, structural integrity and sound at impact are carefully maintained.
The club is equipped with a K-Flex graphite shaft — a junior-specific flex profile that has been frequency-tuned to match the swing characteristics of players in this height and age bracket. Frequency tuning ensures that the shaft's natural oscillation frequency is precisely matched to produce maximum energy transfer at impact for typical junior swing speeds. The low kick-point of the K-Flex shaft promotes an even higher launch angle, complementing the low-CoG head design. The lightweight graphite construction also contributes to the overall reduced total club weight, making the full swing more accessible and repeatable for developing players.
