DEMO driver — condition 9/10, no headcover included.
The Cleveland Launcher XL 2 Men's Driver is built for one purpose: sending long, straight drives right down the middle of the fairway. This second-generation XL powerhouse delivers more distance, forgiveness, and consistency than ever before, thanks to the AI-driven MainFrame XL Face technology, an improved XL Head Design with record-breaking MOI, and the dual-flex Rebound Frame. Fitted with the lightweight Project X Cypher 50 shaft in 5.0 (Light) flex and set to a 10.5° loft, this right-hand driver is ideal for golfers seeking a high launch with effortless speed. A genuine performance upgrade at a demo price.

At the heart of the Launcher XL 2 is an AI-engineered face that took thousands of simulated impact iterations to perfect. By analysing ball-speed data from strikes across every zone of the face, Cleveland's algorithms determined the ideal thickness at each point. The resulting variable-thickness pattern maximises flex exactly where it is needed most — boosting ball speed on both centre and off-centre hits — while simultaneously repositioning saved mass low and deep in the head to lower the centre of gravity and raise the MOI.
Borrowed from Srixon's proven tour-level technology, Rebound Frame adds a secondary flex zone just behind the face. When the face compresses at impact, it is backed by a rigid inner ring; behind that ring sits a second flexible zone, which is in turn supported by the stiff rear section of the clubhead. These two flex zones activate in concert — like a trampoline within a trampoline — sending substantially more energy back into the ball and producing measurably higher ball speeds and carry distance.
The 8g counterbalance weight at the grip end subtly shifts the club's overall balance point toward the hands. During the downswing this encourages the arms to drop more naturally on an inside path, reducing the likelihood of an over-the-top casting motion. The practical outcome is a squarer face at impact, tighter dispersion, and a swing that feels lighter and more repeatable.
The Cypher 50 is a purpose-built lightweight graphite shaft designed to unlock maximum club-head speed for players with moderate tempo and swing speeds. Its low overall weight and smooth kick profile encourage a high ball flight, making it an ideal pairing for the XL 2's low-and-deep CG head. At 5.0 (Light) flex it delivers the right combination of feel and launch for players looking to add effortless yards off the tee.
