Technology in Detail
Alignment & Short Game Training
Place the rods flat on the ground to create an instant alignment guide for your feet, hips, and shoulders. This is exactly the drill used by tour professionals to ensure their body is square to the target. You can also use the sticks to define a channel for putting stroke practice, chip shot direction, and pitch landing zones — making every short game session more structured and measurable.
Swing Path & Posture Training
Insert one or both rods vertically into the ground and use them as a reference gate for your swing path, plane, and direction. Vertical placement also helps you check and correct your posture at address, ensuring your spine angle, knee flex, and stance width are consistent from shot to shot. This dual-mode functionality makes the Tour Rod Alignment Sticks a genuinely multi-purpose training tool.
Ball Position & Impact Training
Correct ball position is one of the most overlooked fundamentals in golf. By laying a rod across your stance, you can instantly see whether the ball is too far forward, too far back, or precisely in the optimum position for each club. Consistent ball position leads to more predictable impact, better face angle control, and improved ball flight — benefits that accumulate across every round you play.
Portable Folding Design
Each 48 in. (approx. 122 cm) rod folds neatly into 4 sections, collapsing to just 13 in. (approx. 33 cm) — compact enough to sit inside a side pocket or pencil bag slot without adding noticeable weight to your bag. Both sticks are supplied together in a clear protective storage tube (37 × 3.5 cm), keeping them tidy between sessions and making them easy to locate at the start of every practice.
