U.S. Kids Golf TS6-63 (160cm) W5 junior wedge, steel

The U.S. Kids Golf TS6-63 Lob Wedge (60°) is the most specialised short-game club in the TS6-63 line-up, purpose-built for advanced juniors who demand precise control around the green. Designed for players of approximately 160 cm (63 inches) in height, this right-hand steel-shaft wedge delivers high-trajectory shots over obstacles, aggressive spin generation, and maximum versatility in demanding greenside situations — giving competitive junior golfers the professional-level short-game tool they need to score.

• CNC Micro-Milled Grooves (USGA/R&A Conforming) — Precision-milled groove geometry maintains consistent spin even on delicate, touch-sensitive shots, giving the player better control over roll-out distance and ball reaction on the green.
• Three Star Grind — Optimised specifically for the 60° loft, with relief at the heel, toe and trailing edge to facilitate face-opening, improve turf interaction and perform reliably on firm ground and tight lies.
• PAD Technology (Position Actuated Design) — Raises the centre of gravity to match the demands of a lob wedge, promoting a steeper, more controlled swing arc, a more stable ball flight, and precise trajectory management even with aggressive spin shots.
• J-Flex Steel Shaft with Low-to-Mid Kick Point — Delivers a firmer feel at impact and stable club control throughout the swing; frequency-matched to the full TS6-63 set for consistent performance and a seamless transition between full shots and delicate short-game play.
• w5 Junior Head Weight — Club heads are 5% lighter than adult equivalents, matched to junior swing speeds and physique for effortless swing mechanics and proper feel at the 160 cm fitting.
• Swing-Weight Matched to the TS6 Set — The lob wedge is balanced to feel natural alongside all other TS6-63 clubs, allowing a smooth, confident transition from full iron shots to precise greenside wedge play.

Why a Dedicated Lob Wedge Matters for Junior Competitors

The 60° lob wedge occupies a unique role in any serious golfer's bag — and the TS6-63 version is engineered so that junior players can access that same level of specialisation. The high loft creates a steep launch angle, allowing the ball to fly over bunker lips, rough, or other obstacles and stop quickly on the green with minimal roll-out.

Three Star Grind & CNC Grooves in Practice: On tight, firm lies — the scenarios where most juniors struggle — the Three Star Grind's heel, toe and trailing-edge relief lets the player open the face without the leading edge digging in. The CNC micro-milled grooves then maximise friction at impact, imparting consistent backspin even with a shorter, more controlled swing.

PAD Technology & Centre of Gravity: By positioning the CG higher in the club head, PAD Technology keeps the lob wedge's flight characteristics aligned with a steeper attack angle typical of lob and flop shots. The result is a more predictable, penetrating ball flight that does not balloon or deviate under pressure.

J-Flex Steel Shaft: The frequency-tuned steel shaft provides the feedback and stability that advanced juniors need when executing precise distance-control wedge shots. The low-to-mid kick point keeps energy transfer efficient and ensures the club does not feel whippy on delicate greenside chips and pitches.

Together, these technologies make the TS6-63 Lob Wedge the most technically advanced short-game club in the entire TS6-63 system — and a genuine competitive advantage for juniors ready to elevate their scoring around the green.
